What is the loyalty program?

To thank you for being our valued customer we are rewarding you with perks, rewards and discounts!

The loyalty program is a tiered level base system.

Your points unlock different rewards at each level.

$1 = 1 point

Where can I see my points?

Your points can be found here.

Please allow up to 48 hours for points to update.

How can I 'use' my points?

The loyalty program is a tiered level base system.

Your points unlock different rewards at each level.

Simply show your points at the cashier at checkout to receive your prize.

Each reward can only be redeemed once.

For example, 100 points can only be redeemed once, when you reach 250 points you will only be able to redeem that prize bracket.

Can I redeem multiple prizes at once?

No - you can only redeem 1 prize per points bracket.

If you have 500 points, you can only redeem the 500 points prize. You cannot redeem 100, 250 and 500 together.

How do I join the loyalty program?

Simply visit any of our stores to sign up!

Our World Square flagship store has a dedicated service desk with staff onsite to help sign you up.

How do I earn points?

You can earn points by making purchases at our supermarket.

$1 = 1 Point.

What can I 'use' my points for?

Prizes and rewards include vouchers to be spent in store and freebie prizes.

We regularly update our list of rewards to offer you exciting options.

Is there a membership fee?

No - our membership is completely free to join!

There are no membership fees or hidden costs associated with becoming a member.

I’ve lost my card can I still accumulate points?

Yes, you can! Simply us know your mobile number at the check out and you will still accumulate points to your account.

I've lost my card, can I get a replacement card?

Yes, please email worldsquare@g-grocer.com and we can issue you a replacement card. Please allow up to 7 days for this to be processed.

Card can only be picked up in our World Square Flagship store.

Can I earn points on purchases of alcoholic beverages?

Yes, points will be earned on purchases of most alcoholic beverages, pending local regulations and program policies.
